I feel compelled to let you know about the two gentlemen that do an outstanding job.  Javier and Arif.  i had the pleasure of working with these two men on my recent servive visit.  They both were courteous at all times and communicated very well with me.  They also made me feel that they were taking care of my concerns with my ODYSSEY.  You really do have a great team there.

Mr, Edris Jamily has been one of Rock Honda's the best sales person I've ever worked with. I bought a 2011 Honda Accord without talking to pushy sales people. Once, Mr Edris found out I was a 100% disabled vet, He treated me with more kindnessthen whats necessarry and gave me coca cola or water to drink and told me to seat in the show room floor and brought the car to me so we could test drive it. About every 20 minutes or so, he walked to me asking how my knee was doing. Upon closing the deal, I made a mistake with my credit card and once again. Mr, Edris took care of the problem for me. That's why I showed my appreciation by buying pizza for the dealership that night.

August 2011, I went back to purchase a Pilot, I called him on the phone and I told him who I was and the first words that came out of his mouth were hoe's that knee doing. He said he has 4 vehicles for me to take a look and that's when I met other sales rep. Mr, Alam. Edris introduced me to Mr, Alam to take a good care of me which they did. I'm giving them a score 100% on everything what they did for me. I met a lots of sales reps at Rock Honda and overall I give the dealership an A+ and I'll be a customer for life at Rock Honda.

Miss, Sonia Ceja is also wonderful person. I know she is customer relation manager but she still talks to me on the phone very respectfuly and because of that you also get 100% satisfaction from me. I've been Ford, Dodge, Toyota customer but because I felt so good with loving care at Rock Honda.
