Once again Rock Honda has done it again. I came in to service one of my many Hondas’s that I purchased and service from this establishment. While I was in their customer lounge waiting for my 2006 Honda Civic being service I was pleasantly greeted by Rafael Medina. After asking me the type of car I was servicing he was astute enough to notice I was with my three children. And noted I had one more on the way. I was immediately offered to show me the new 2009 Honda Odyssey. Along with the assistance of his two managers John Azad and Hamid Javid they made my buying experience as always Rock Solid.

I typically am not one to fill out surveys or reccommendations.  However, I must say that I had an awesome buying experience with Rock Honda's Internet Department.  My salesman Eric Bartalome and his Sales Manager Roger Sobti  were true professionals,  Eric  was very patient and explained everything about my new vehicle.  Also, I must say that the finance department took the time to explain the interest rate and all the other financial aspects of the purchase.  It was a great experience and I didn't feel like a number.
